Pending means the order is waiting to start, Processing means delivery is in progress, Completed means processing has finished, and Partial means only part of the requested quantity was delivered. Orders that have already started processing usually cannot be cancelled, edited or redirected unless the selected service specifically supports cancellation. Some services include refill protection for eligible drops during a stated period. Cancellation and refill availability always depend on the individual service conditions shown before ordering.
